RETURNS IN 14 DAYS

We understand there might be cases when you might need to return some of the purchased items. These cases may be for expamle: the ordered corset does not meet the measures of your partner, the collar is too high etc. If such of these cases occurs, you can return the goods for any reason.

Yet, several types of items are exempt from being returned.
You can´t return custom-made items which was made specifically for you out of common price or size list, for example special size, special color, special type etc.
Also, you can´t return items that came in touch with your intimate body parts, such as dildos, chastity belts etc. Such items would be considered "depreciated" if used.
Lastly, you can´t return items not in its original condition, damaged items or with missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please keep in mind, prior to sending the items back to us, we need to be informed!
If you want to return the items for any reason, write as an e-mail to info@sadoliar.com with information about your order and reasons to return the items, and wait for our response, which usually comes within 24 hours on business days.

This returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by our error or if the size of the item does not fit your needs. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@sadoliar.com.

Remember, prior to ship any goods, write us an e-mail to info@sadoliar.com with information about your order and reasons to return the goods, and wait for our response, which usually comes within 24 hours on business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
